Execution Management
Calendar control, follow-up ownership, vendor coordination, and operational cleanup. Nothing important lives in your head alone.
Crispin Luna IV is a Private Executive Operator for ultra-high-net-worth principals who require more than traditional executive assistance — trusted execution, time protection, access control, and confidential operational judgment.

This is not a résumé move. It is a deliberate position.
I work best beside a principal whose life, business, family, assets, and obligations create more motion than one person should personally manage. My role is to absorb complexity, create order, protect time, and keep important matters moving without unnecessary noise.
I am not here to simply complete tasks. I am here to understand what matters, anticipate what is coming, manage follow-through, and reduce the weight carried by the principal.
Because I am financially independent, I approach this work from alignment, not need. I am selective by design and most effective with principals who value judgment, discretion, direct communication, loyalty, and high-accountability execution.

I am a founder, CEO, operator, advisor, mentor, investor, husband, father, and builder with a career built on execution, trust, and problem-solving.
My background includes building go-to-market consumer credit applications and services for the non-traditional credit reporting industry, advising and investing in ventures ranging from eco-friendly car washes to telemedicine platforms, and working across mortgage banking, non-QM lending, economic-zone development, and international partnerships.
Most recently, my wife and I built an eight-figure international BPO company, giving me firsthand experience in staffing, payroll, client relationships, employee management, HR sensitivity, cross-border operations, and vendor oversight.
At my core, I am caring, loyal, honest, trustworthy, and highly protective of the people and responsibilities placed in my care. I am not looking to force familiarity or cross personal boundaries. I respect different beliefs, lifestyles, and private choices. No judgment. Only loyalty, discretion, and execution.

Six standing functions. Not a service menu — a way of working that compounds over years with the right principal.
Calendar control, meeting prioritization, access management, preparation, and decision flow.
Follow-up, task ownership, vendor coordination, project tracking, and operational cleanup.
Personal logistics, family-sensitive coordination, household and vendor communication, travel, and special requests.
Internal coordination, staffing support, client and vendor interface, and high-priority initiatives.
Confidential handling of sensitive matters, relationship management, and principal-level judgment.
The systems, support pod, and quiet machinery behind the principal — so nothing important lives in your head alone.

I support HNWI, founders, families, and private offices whose lives carry a level of complexity that traditional assistance cannot fully absorb.
My role is to bring calm, order, and practical decision-making to the people, priorities, and sensitive matters surrounding the principal.
I operate with maturity, discretion, and steady follow-through so the principal can stay focused on the life and business only they can lead.

Calendar control, follow-up ownership, vendor coordination, and operational cleanup. Nothing important lives in your head alone.

Private aviation, ground, security, accommodations, and itinerary architecture — handled invisibly, end to end.

Household, family-sensitive coordination, staff management, and personal logistics — held with absolute discretion.

Internal coordination, board prep, client and investor interface, and high-priority initiatives that need a trusted hand.
"I am not looking to be close to wealth.
I am looking to remove the operational drag that surrounds it."
Engagements begin with a confidential conversation. Qualified principals proceed to a 90-day alignment in which I take ownership of the operational drag around the calendar, communications, follow-up, staffing, vendors, and special projects.
A direct, off-record conversation. We map the drag, the inner circle, the operating cadence, and what 'quiet' looks like for you.
I take ownership of calendar, communications, follow-up, staffing, vendors, and the special projects no one else has picked up.
We measure — concretely — how much time, judgment, and quiet has been returned to your week. Then we decide the long-term shape.
The questions principals and their advisors most often ask before a confidential introduction.
A private executive operator owns the day-to-day operational drag around a principal — calendar, communications, follow-up, staffing, vendors, travel, and special projects — with founder-level judgment and private office discretion. The role sits above a traditional executive assistant and adjacent to a chief of staff.
A chief of staff typically operates inside a single company on strategy. An executive assistant manages tasks and scheduling. A private executive operator works across a principal's full life — companies, family office, residences, and personal logistics — and is accountable for outcomes, not tickets.
Ultra-high-net-worth founders, investors, and family offices, by introduction only. One principal at a time.
Engagements begin with a confidential conversation, followed by a 90-day alignment in which operational ownership is transferred. Inquiries are accepted by introduction from existing principals or trusted advisors.
